Cinnamon Rolls

Ready for a new taste..???
Here we go....!!!

Ingredients:

  • Maida(Very finely grounded wheat flour) - 2 cups
  • white butter - 2 tablespoons
  • grounded sugar - 2 teaspoons
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoons
  • Sodium Bi Carbonate - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Brown sugar - 1 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon Powder - 3 teaspoons

Method:

  • Mix maida , grounded sugar , baking powder , sodium bi carbonate and salt,and filter it through a sieve.
  • Add butter and mix it.
  • Make a hard dough by adding required amount of water in it.
  • Take out balls with already made dough with your hands.
  • Flatten every Ball.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon powder on it.And make rolls.
  • Cut out 1/2 inch thick swirls out of the rolls.
  • Take a greased baking tray and sprinkle cinnamon powder on it.
  • After that place the swirls on it and put it in a preheated oven for 20-25 min till it swells and turns brown slightly.
  • Take it out and put some butter on it.
  • 'Serve'.
Now your cinnamon rolls are ready to serve.
You can garnish it with some coriander or basil leaves finely chopped.
Also you can eat it with tomato ketchup or green chutney or with lime/mango pickle.
You can too change its shape.
