Tangy Morning Bite!!!
Ingredients:
- Lite Olive Oil- 1-2 tbsp
- Chopped Tomatoes- 2
- Chopped Onion- 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
- Chopped Green Chilly- 2
- Chopped Basil Leaves- 4
- A Pinch of Cinnamon,Mustard Seed and Nutmeg Powder
- Sliced White Bread- 4 piece
- Processed Cheese- 10g
- Grated Mozzarella Cheese- 25g
- Tomato Ketchup- 2 tbsp
- Seedless Olives(Green+Black)- 5 piece each
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a Pan. Put Olive Oil and heat for 2-3 min.
- Add Mustard Seed. When it begin to crackle add Onion.Fry till Onion get golden brown.
- Now add ginger garlic paste,green chilly, tomatoes, ketchup and salt. Stir for 2 min.Your topping is ready.
- Put the flame off.
- Now,Take a bread and toast it slightly.
- Spread processed cheese on it and apply topping(made above) on it.
- Now sprinkle mozzarella cheese on it.
- Put half cut Olives on it.
- Complete it with baking for 5 min at 180 degree preheated oven.
- Take it out and cut it in 4.
- Eat with Plum Chutney.
