Bread Pizza

Tangy Morning Bite!!!

Ingredients:

  • Lite Olive Oil- 1-2 tbsp
  • Chopped Tomatoes- 2
  • Chopped Onion- 1
  • Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Green Chilly- 2
  • Chopped Basil Leaves- 4
  • A Pinch of Cinnamon,Mustard Seed and Nutmeg Powder
  • Sliced White Bread- 4 piece
  • Processed Cheese- 10g
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese- 25g
  • Tomato Ketchup- 2 tbsp
  • Seedless Olives(Green+Black)- 5 piece each
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Take a Pan. Put Olive Oil and heat for 2-3 min.
  • Add Mustard Seed. When it begin to crackle add Onion.Fry till Onion get golden brown.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste,green chilly, tomatoes, ketchup and salt. Stir for 2 min.Your topping is ready.
  • Put the flame off.
  • Now,Take a bread and toast it slightly.
  • Spread processed cheese on it and apply topping(made above) on it.
  • Now sprinkle mozzarella cheese on it.
  • Put half cut Olives on it.
  • Complete it with baking for 5 min at 180 degree preheated oven.
  • Take it out and cut it in 4.
  • Eat with Plum Chutney.
Experiment: Instead of Onion and Ginger garlic paste,you can use spring onion.(Don't dump it green springs). You can also eat it with Caramelize Orange.
